You know you are dealing with an authorised professional company and you have peace of mind that the event tickets are genuine and guaranteed tickets. Plus you also get FREE Membership to our Travel Club for added value when booking with Domestic Sports Tours and Travel Q. How can I pay for my travel package? A. We have flexible payment options including 50% deposit,full payment plus weekly or monthly payment options are also available at no extra cost. We accept bank transfer,cheque,money order or credit card payment methods. Once full payment received all packages are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable. Should any portion be not available,we will endevour to find you a suitable option or offer a full refund. Q. How are tickets and documentation sent? A. We will post you out the tickets and travel documentation appoximately 40 days prior to the event to the postal address provided to us or we can courier documents straight to your hotel upon arrival. Q. Can I arrange travel insurance through you? A. Yes we do have comprehensive and cancellation travel insurance policies available,we have a travel insurance brochure that we can post or email to you when booking one of our travel packages. Travel Insurance is recommended. Q. Are your prices per person or per room? A. Yes prices are per person published on our website and quoted in Australian Dollars. Q. Can I request a hotel that is not published on the Domestic Sports Tours and Travel website? A. No,only hotels that are listed on the website are available Q. Can I buy tickets without accommodation? A. No travel packages must include accommodation and tickets. Domestic Sports Tours and Travel does not sell tickets only for sporting events. Q. Can I extend my trip beyond the event dates? A. Yes you can,extra nights accommodation is available (noted as extra on travel package prices). Q. What are your terms and conditions on the book a travel package between the 18th May 2010-31st July 2010 and go into the draw to win a $600 Virgin Blue Airlines Travel Voucher (May-July 2010) Campaign A. -Travel Voucher must be used between the 18th May 2010 and the 31st December 2010. -Travel Voucher can only be used by the winner drawn and is non-transferable -Travel Voucher is valid for travel between Australia,New Zealand,Fiji,Indonesia,Thailand and the UK -Travel Voucher is only valid for the amount of $600 and any extra fare payment is payable by the winner,any left over credit will remain on the voucher and can be used at a later time,before the 31st December 2010. -Travel Voucher can only be used towards an airfare to the value of $600.00 |
